This is a three-part class that you can do back-to-back or over three days.
This course is for everyone, whether you are interested in releasing fear or anxious thoughts or just want to view your life and reality through a new lens. Writing, reframing & meditation helps us to gain objectivity on our lives and better see the beauty all around us. Through a sequence of exercises, we will awaken or reawaken our positive creative energy in order to cultivate more self-awareness and recognize our full potential, which lies beyond worry. Using a variety of short creative exercises, affirmations, & visualizations, we will go on a personal creative journey. Each day will ask you to look at your life in a slightly different way.
