In this unit, we will explore insights into the human mind and inner-resistance. This is to help us transform the rigidity that happens to us when going through a tough time.

In this unit, we work with down-regulating the nervous system. This is so that we can return to being more grounded, centred, and regulated in this tough life.

Finding The Calm In The Storm

In unit, there's a simple yet profound message. We focus on The 3 Ns of Self-Compassion. This gives us a tool to put this into practice for when times are tough. Then, we'll finish with some affirmations for managing this tough life.

In this unit, we explore how our brains don't like to give us the credit for those times that we've pulled through, the qualities that we have shown, our inner strength that has come through in those tough times.
