When we hurt it is because we have allowed someone to affect us negatively; to cause us harm, to feel doubt, fear, insecurity, or discouragement, when really each time that we experience someone's negativity, they are simply showing us their reaction, and their feelings and thoughts in that particular moment. How often do we allow others to hurt us? Your decision must be to step back, to step away from taking on whatever hurts may be directly or indirectly pointed at you. You wouldn't choose to be hurt. You would choose to be love and to feel loved. So begin with this. Become great at this. This is the ability to love yourself and to trust wholeheartedly in your goodness, your infinite power, your truth. with love Namaste!

Today's lesson was inspired by a documentary I'm watching in which a guy reacts very instinctively to someone he thinks is rude or inconsiderate. If you're honest with yourself, we've all encountered situations or people like this in our lives, then the question becomes, who is the real enemy?

As we move along the Path to Freedom, while we sometimes feel as though we are alone and that so much rests upon our shoulders to deal with... we are wise to always remember that while we may be alone in the human dimension of life, we are never alone from a spiritual perspective. As God is all there is, which means that we eternally are standing in absolute oneness with Spirit - no matter what we are facing, we can always lean into God to carry us. Helpful Calm & Guidance During Covid-19

In this episode, I share the stories of my clients Donovan and James. (Their names have been changed to protect their privacy - their stories are real.) Each client that I see, they choose to begin their inner journey is also on a path of wholeness. One of the most important steps to reclaim wholeness is your willingness to be completely honest and truthful with yourself - because to do so is to see everything with clarity and in the full expression of 'what is?'.
