Energizing Morning Meditation

Help for anxiety. Understanding how your personal CBT anxiety cycle works can help you immensely. It helps you pinpoint where you can intervene and interrupt the cycle of anxiety. Anxiety builds on itself as our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors interact and spiral to increase anxiety. Once we figure out how and when to interrupt this, we can use the interaction to calm ourselves. This is a short and helpful introduction, and I am adding more tracks to expand on this topic.
