Following a 20+ year career in software, in 2012 he followed his passion for the mind and wellbeing, retraining in psychology (MSc) and followed the UK recognized path for training as a mindfulness teacher, as well as in nutrition, and as a master health coach. Today he's on a mission for enhanced resilience, health, happiness, and performance, working to make the deep research behind resilience, mindfulness, mindset, brain science, and models of wellbeing a reality for those with whom he works
