Although it is very normal for us humans to complain and bemoan about as well as resist that which is, from a metaphysical perspective, none of these serve us. As the sacred laws can only reflect back to us our predominant vibration, the only thing complaining and resisting serves is to magnify and amplify the very thing we are complaining about. And so the way to move beyond and out of any unwanted condition is to turn our attention away from what we don't want to what we do want.

Complaining and resisting only magnify unwanted conditions; focus on what you do want to move beyond them, according to sacred laws.

Why Complaining Never Serves Us

Be still and know that All is Well... This powerful affirmation came to me just recently. And I love how it both points us back to the nowness of this moment (be still) and also into trusting that all is well. And so rather than reacting to external conditions, letting fear, worry, and doubt run us, we are wise to come back, become still, and take on the feeling tone that all is well. Regardless of what we are facing... if we do this... miracles will happen. I invite you to join me.
