Standing Yoga & Pause Breathing is a short guided Yoga practice with an invitation to tune into the breath whilst pausing and tuning into the sensations of breath and body. This practice supports us to slow down, feel into the body and learn to navigate stillness between the various guided movements. This can be very grounding and stress-reducing.
