Forgiveness is the key to help you unlock your dreams and desires that you've been trying to create in your life. If you want to live your best life you cannot skip this step!

To fulfill your dreams, forgiveness is crucial and not to be overlooked.

When we hurt it is because we have allowed someone to affect us negatively; to cause us harm, to feel doubt, fear, insecurity, or discouragement, when really each time that we experience someone's negativity, they are simply showing us their reaction, and their feelings and thoughts in that particular moment. How often do we allow others to hurt us? Your decision must be to step back, to step away from taking on whatever hurts may be directly or indirectly pointed at you. You wouldn't choose to be hurt. You would choose to be love and to feel loved. So begin with this. Become great at this. This is the ability to love yourself and to trust wholeheartedly in your goodness, your infinite power, your truth. with love Namaste!

Don't allow others to hurt you; step back and focus on loving and trusting yourself instead.

No One Can Hurt You Unless You Allow It

Even though it is very normal for us humans to resist that which is, resistance does not serve us in any way. In fact, at the metaphysical level, resistance only serves to magnify and amplify the very thing we are resisting. Not to mention that it makes us feel bad. If we instead can embrace and allow that which is to be as it is, without judging it or giving it names or labels, we are calling forth only peace, joy, harmony, and wholeness. It is all up to us to choose what we desire to call forth.

Embrace And Allow That Which Is To Be

Although it is very normal for us humans to complain and bemoan about as well as resist that which is, from a metaphysical perspective, none of these serve us. As the sacred laws can only reflect back to us our predominant vibration, the only thing complaining and resisting serves is to magnify and amplify the very thing we are complaining about. And so the way to move beyond and out of any unwanted condition is to turn our attention away from what we don't want to what we do want.

Complaining and resisting only magnify unwanted conditions; focus on what you do want to move beyond them, according to sacred laws.

Today's lesson was inspired by a documentary I'm watching in which a guy reacts very instinctively to someone he thinks is rude or inconsiderate. If you're honest with yourself, we've all encountered situations or people like this in our lives, then the question becomes, who is the real enemy?

Lesson: In a documentary, a man reacts instinctively to someone he perceives as rude. Who is the real enemy in such situations?

The Real Enemy

Whenever we are faced with a challenge, we are also faced with a choice. We can either choose to take on the role of the victim, complaining and bemoaning our ill fate. Or seek to mine the challenge for the good that inherently is within each and every single challenge. To allow for the latter, we are wise to lean into these powerful questions to make us open and available to catch the gift and the blessing of transformation to reveal itself so that we may grow through our challenges with ease and grace.

When faced with challenges, we have a choice to either be a victim or find the good. Powerful questions can help us grow through challenges with ease.

When life doesn't go as planned, it can lead to disappointment, fear, anger, sadness, or a range of emotions. You may find yourself clinging defiantly to the way that things "should" have been. Perception, and thus the vibration we carry is a choice. Oftentimes we are faced with chores and tasks that we perhaps perceive that we "have" to do. However, flipping the "I have to", to "I get to" evokes a totally different vibration, as we move from being obliged to do something to actually being privileged to do it. Many of the things that we may perceive that we have to do, millions of individuals would absolutely love to do, but for various reasons they cannot. But we do get to. Choosing to acknowledge this, is a powerful tool to call forth peace, harmony, and wholeness into our experience.

Choosing to shift from "I have to" to "I get to" can evoke a different vibration, bringing peace, harmony, and gratitude into our experience.

This one is for people pleasers. A reminder to say what you need to say. In a world where “likes” are a barometer for whether or not we are showing up in an acceptable way, we try to please, attract and impress as many people as we can, and then live in fear that someone won’t approve or respond in the way we had hoped or expected them to. We’ve gotten so good at dividing ourselves into smaller and smaller pieces, that we end up stretched thin, pleasing no one, with an empty tank. Life is way too short to try and please everyone.
