When it comes to inner work it is better to do it consistently every day rather than intensely and long one day a week. We all have busy lives and finding an hour a day for ourselves is hard so I've created this little 15-minute Daily Yoga Nidra for that reason. We are more likely to do something 15 minutes a day and in doing so we build up that consistency and then can turn that into a habit that becomes a regular practice.
