So many of us deny that we are angry. It's understandable because of the negative connotations it exudes. Also, depending on the family dynamics, we may have been conditioned to repress it or deny it. Also, it may not have been safe or appropriate to express it. Please know that anger is a natural and normal human emotion and acknowledging it is beneficial to our mental and physical wellbeing. Find a quiet space to practice this mindful meditation and acknowledge the anger within. A safe space in which to explore and extend your curiosity towards your anger can be so very healing.
