Sometimes our ADHD brains can feel so busy that it can feel hard to meditate but with some focused attention to a subtle movement, we can open up an opportunity to benefit from meditation. In this practice, we become aware of hand movements & time them with the flow of the breath. This can allow the mind & body to soften, helping you to gain more clarity. Mindfulness is a practice so please go gently & know that this skill takes time to cultivate. Please explore my other recordings as different meditations suit us at different times. Please note: If you are struggling with your ADHD it's really important to seek professional help. These meditations are not a substitute for that but can be used alongside therapy to help support you.
