Allow your breath To find a relaxed rhythm, And be mindful of the rhythm. Now, breathe deeply once more, Feeling it center you, Reading you for meditation. Draw in another breath, And allow yourself To connect with the air around you. How does it feel on your skin? Does it play with your hair? Is it cool or warm when you breathe? Tune into it.
