And, as you breathe, listen to the silence, the silence of the deep night, the silence where the mysteries and ancient secrets are revealed through the owl. Now, breathe in again, and as you do, raise your arms shoulder length, like wings ready for flight. And, now imagine if you can, your arms transform into wings, and you become The Guardian of the Night: The Owl.
