This morning meditation will guide you to be fully present in the here and now. Close your eyes, And take a deep breath in. Feel the air move through you, Drawing you into this moment. As you exhale, Let go of everything else— The past, the future, Anything outside of right now. Allow your body to relax, Softening with each breath. Feel the ground beneath you, Steady, supportive, Reminding you that you are here, Right where you need to be.
