This morning meditation will help you believe in the universe as you feel its constant vibration and energy. Breathe in, And hold your breath For just a few seconds Before letting it go, With all your tension. Then, breathe naturally. Breathe in again, deeply, And, as you do, Believe that your body Is becoming lighter, Weightless, So that it gently rises Toward the ceiling. Breathe again, And as you exhale, Believe that you are Moving through the Ceiling and the roof Out into the world.
