This morning meditation will guide you to appreciate everything about your body with love and not judgment. Allow yourself to settle in softly, Gently repeating the word “peace” To yourself. Sit with this peace. Now, breathe deeply, Inhaling more peace, And letting yourself Center and ground In tranquility. Now, take a moment, And let yourself visualize A long mirror in front of you, A mirror that reflects All parts of your body And its changes. Breathe. Breathe, as you look in the mirror. Breathe, and look with love, not judgment.
