This morning meditation will help you focus on your body and let go of the tightness and tension. Gently close your eyes, and get comfortable. Simply focus on feeling comfortable. Now, notice the sensations of where you are. Does the back sink into the Bed or chair? If there are covers on you, Notice the weight of them against your skin.
