Learning to feel how the body is can be a valuable lesson in developing mindfulness-awareness of the self. If we can start to notice sensations in the body earlier then we can do something about it earlier. For example, addressing pain before it develops into something more. learning to be with our bodies too involves acceptance and letting go. We can develop a better understanding of what is going on in our bodies.
