In this meditation, we prime ourselves to accept true self-love. By finding this place of self-love we are able to let go of any negative thoughts or feelings that we may be holding onto. As we settle into a deep state of relaxation, we begin to focus on the breathe and progress this by using visual cues to visualize love as energy entering our bodies.
