This morning meditation will help you bask in the warmth, healing, and relaxation that comes from breathing from the heart. Take a moment, and just become aware. Become aware of the present, at this very moment. And, as you become aware of the now, focus on your breathing. Now, imagine that your heart breathes. With each pulse, a calming, healing breath is released into your body.
