This breathing practice is wonderful to do as you are falling asleep to occupy your mind in a healthy way and bring yourself into deep relaxation. You'll be guided through a calming technique called Shithali Karana, where you’ll feel your breath flow in stages, like a calming wave, down from the crown of your head to the soles of your feet, ankles, knees, pelvis, navel center, heart center, nostrils, and back again.
