Breath is a metaphor for life. If you are not taking full breaths you may not be living your life fully. The purpose of this breathwork session is to open up our natural breath. When we do breathwork, we are retraining and relearning how to breathe naturally, how we are made to breathe. When we breathe consciously, our heart rate and our blood pressure slow down, so we feel calmer in our body and mind.
