Help for anxiety. Understanding how your personal CBT anxiety cycle works can help you immensely. It helps you pinpoint where you can intervene and interrupt the cycle of anxiety. Anxiety builds on itself as our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors interact and spiral to increase anxiety.
