Mindfulness+Positive Psych+Embodiment
Through a process called "Embodied Cognition," our brain communicates with our body and in turn, our body with our brain to determine many things related to our self-esteem, our energy levels, our mood, our confidence, and our stress levels. Our posture is one of the key ways this feedback loop gets information. Bad posture can signal to the brain a lot of negative information about the state of things...and likewise, when we are feeling negative or low, our brain relays this to our body and our posture then reflects this. Learn how to practice good posture and the value of having good posture, and in turn, encourage a more positive outlook. Photo: unsplash.com/@lesanderson
