This morning meditation will help you listen to the voice of your child within. Draw in a deep breath, and as you let it out, really focus on how your body relaxes. Breathe in again, and as you do, pinpoint areas in your body where you want to relax. Give them what they need. Now, imagine if you can, climbing into yourself, deep into your heart space, where you can sit and listen.
