We often neglect the time we need to take to unwind during our fast-paced lives. This meditation is designed to help us unwind and become truly present and at one with our true nature. I will be taking you on a guided self-awareness exercise with background binaural beats theta for resting calm. Anxiety and stress are simply bi-products of intense experience. By becoming truly present we remind ourselves that we are not the anxiety and the stress but we are the experiencer.
