In this practice, you will sit opposite each other and touch before practicing some simple breath and energy connection techniques. The idea is to bring loving and intentional awareness to each other, and yourselves as a couple. You can of course remain seated after the practice or allow your connection to naturally progress in the way that feels best for you. This practice does not include gendered language or concepts and can be used by all couples.
