As you move into day three, the body is starting to become used to the relaxation process. You may start to feel that you are relaxing more, but doing less. This is natural and shows progress. Once again, just follow the simple instructions and allow yourself to switch off. Don't worry about the mind wandering. This is natural and to be expected and the relaxation process starts working more automatically.
