Today is about sending well wishes of appreciation to our ‘future self’. We may find it beneficial to get a pen and paper ready. That’s because we will be sending affirmations to ourselves in the future. We will start with the introduction to settle us in, then a simple practice to get grounded. We will get to use these affirmations in a letter, acknowledging and honoring our future selves, as well as the ‘me, here, now’, gently following the words.
