The goal of this breathwork session is to reduce stress, anxiety, and tension. We'll do this by bringing the breath down deep into the diaphragm and using our diaphragm and lungs fully. By breathing a 2 part inhale with a one-part exhale, we can quickly bring the breath down deep into the belly, consciously and without holding onto the breath. Deep breathing stimulates the parasympathetic nervous system to calm the body and mind.
