This morning meditation will help you bask in the peaceful, serene openness as you detach from the unnecessary. Breathe in a deep, wonderful breath, a breath that opens and fills you at the same time. Keep breathing. And just bask in the openness, the peaceful, serene openness. Now, take a moment, and visualize your home. Gently float in and through each room, looking at all the furniture, knickknacks, and other objects. And, as you see all that is in your house, Ask yourself, “What is important here?” There are probably some objects that hold joy for you, or sentimental value. That’s okay. No judgment. But, are there things you could detach from?
