Don't Dim Your Light (Ugly Black Jacket)

Sometimes we hold ourselves back and don't display our true brilliance. At work, we hide, wait our turn, or slip through the background instead of showing up strong. We've learned that showing up strong can have dire consequences. But what happens if you flip this idea around?
