Dream Sleep In Mustang: Guardian Angel

I made the recording for today's sleep meditation, which will help you to fall asleep easily, in the remote area of Mustang. Known as the Last Forbidden Kingdom, Mustang sits in the north of Nepal, bordering Tibet. This rugged region is a part of the Himalayas, characterized by its dry, desert-like landscape that stands in stark contrast to the verdant surroundings found elsewhere in Nepal.
