This morning meditation will guide you to accept change and flow with it as you move with this change, not against it. Settle in comfortably, Becoming aware of Your breath’s gentle flow. Stay present With your breath, And let yourself relax. Breathe again, And imagine, if you can, A single drop of water On a tabletop. Pure and crystal clear. Now, observe what happens To the water, When the table is tilted. The little droplet flows In the direction of the tilt. There’s no hesitation. No resistance. The drop simply Goes with the change.
