This morning meditation will help you focus on the center of your feelings as you listen to what emotions are present. Find a comfortable place, a place where you feel safe, and nestle in it. Now, take a minute, and focus on your breathing. Listen to the soft sounds that flow in and out rhythmically. Shift your focus to your heart– the center of your feelings. Listen to it. What is it saying? What emotions are present?
