In this practice we participate in a number of practices that will help to decrease anxiety levels. It’s important we approach this practice without self-judgement and that’s why we focus this time towards affirmational practices, breathing techniques and visualizations that will remove us from the place of self-judgement and into a place of self love. Anxiety often comes from our thoughts of the things we have to do and the things we have done so we move our attention to the present moment so we can move let go of those judgemental positions of what we have done or what we have to do.
