This morning meditation will guide you to feel that fire inside of you encouraging you to be more. Breathe deeply, And embrace the morning light. Let its energy fill you, As the sun fades away the night. Now, breathe some more, And, as you do, Imagine a candle flame Flickering in front of you. Gaze into the flame, Until you become one, And you feel the light inside you– It’s your inner sun.
