This morning meditation will help you feel your body easing up and becoming lighter. Take a moment, And just feel your core– Your very center. Breathe into it. And, as you breathe Into it, feel it open. Becoming lighter and lighter, until it lifts you in the air. Now, take a moment to acknowledge that you are light, that you are floating.
