This morning meditation will help you breathe in the light of morning and feel its energy as you fly free. Breathe in the light of morning, The light of dawning and new beginnings. Breathe it in and feel its energy. Keep breathing. And, as you do, imagine that you are lifting off your bed and able to fly. Take a moment, and gently fly around your home.
