There are days when all we can see are the bad. The bad things happening to, or around us. Our day can get started in the wrong way that sets the tone for our mind. No matter what is happening to and around us, there is always something to be grateful for. This short meditation will help shift our mindset so we can enter the remainder of our day with a grateful heart and find the beauty and love in even the smallest things. There is gratitude in even just waking up in the morning.
