This morning meditation will help you to embrace being alone as you take time to be with yourself. Take a moment to settle in comfortably, shift your focus inward, and become aware of your body. Relaxing it. Releasing tension. And now slow the thoughts of your mind, so you can maintain focus on yourself. If a stray thought floats by, acknowledge it, and let it go.
