This breathwork session is to release stored negative emotions and open the heart. Through the breath, we can integrate trapped emotions in a safe space. We won’t push the feelings away anymore by holding our breath as we do in regular life so they come out and are called to be felt. When we feel our feelings, we can integrate them. We can create some space as we open up those closed areas in our emotional bodies and lead our lives from a more heart-centered place.
