Higher Self Sound Bath For Ascension

13 years ago, I was coming out of the darkest chapter of my life; substance addiction. Lost and emotionally wounded, my spirit was at its lowest and I had no direction. Then, a series of profound synchronicities led me to begin meditating. I began meditating for as much as 8 hours a day for months on end. I had no knowledge of what I was doing but I felt a great need to persist. Then I had my first out-of-body experience which transformed my life forever. When I returned, I had found my true self, my higher self. I immediately changed my career and began seeking a means to help the world. If you seek a great discovery of self, the path to it will be shown to you. You must simply have the desire and courage to seek and travel it.
