Hollowing out - liberating meditation

Clear your energetic field with spiraling cosmic golden light and connect to the energy of the earth, ask your beloved ego to step aside to become like a hollow bone. I guide you into a relaxed state, then there are just sounds of the drum and singing bowl to propel you deeper. You decide with the spirit if you want to go to the upper or lower worlds to receive the guidance and healing you most need. You may wish to set an intention before you begin, but intention or not trust that spirit will show you what is for your highest good at this time.
