When a loved one or someone we know passes, a beautiful way in to honor and bless their soul's journey into the beyond is to use the ancient mantra of Akaal. Akaal means immortal, undying, or timeless, a reminder of the infinite nature of the soul. I share this practice as a way of honoring and sending love to someone who has passed, to bless their soul's journey, and to bring a sense of peace to your own heart that may be feeling the deep ache of the physical loss. This practice includes a 5-minute introduction and a 20-minute meditation ceremony. For repeat practice, feel free to skip the introduction if you like and move straight into the ceremony at the 5-minute mark.
