There are two types of confidence in my opinion. Real confidence and fake confidence. Fake confidence is when you are putting on an act to gain social status, fit in, and be accepted by other people. Many people play this act well but if you pay close attention to their behavior you will notice that deep down they have very low levels of self-esteem. True confidence is living by your morals and values despite the criticism and judgment of others. This is how you gain true self-respect and how you gain long-lasting fulfillment. In this coaching session, we focus on how to be truly confident in a world full of fake people.
