Very often we get lost in our minds and we get distracted by negative thinking that in the end will become in action. This is a practice called "Neti, Neti"; " I am not this or that." The purpose is to become aware that I am not any of that. I am not my ego. We will cultivate detachment of what is happening right now in my mind and what I am identifying with that can arrive in different forms: feelings, emotions, memories, body, gender, profession.
