This guided meditation will help you wake up feeling grateful and awaken what was dull. I woke up feeling grateful, I woke up feeling full. This warm feeling within me, awakened what was dull. The worries slowly crumbled, and the anxiousness dissolved. All that felt unsettled suddenly felt resolved. Instead of my mind spinning, with tasks fueled by fear, my mind and body felt soft, relaxed, and very clear.
