This morning meditation will help you feel the sun’s goodness and its positive essence. Close your eyes, And, as you do, Imagine pressing The “Pause” button On your thoughts. Let your mind Go calmly and gently Into blankness. Now breathe, And as you breathe, Continue the calmness, The tranquility inside. Now, imagine, if you can, A light shining from your core. Take a minute, And observe the light. How bright is it? Does it extend beyond you? How does it feel?
