This morning meditation will help you visualize a peaceful and powerful life force breathing into you and settling in your core. Breathe. And, with each inhalation, visualize a peaceful, powerful life force breathing into you. Keep breathing. And center yourself with this peaceful, powerful energy settling in your core, and radiating outward. As you continue breathing, allow yourself to see an image of a beautiful woman with flowing white robes. She is seated on a pink lotus, with an elephant by her side, and you notice a jar of pure water in one hand, and in the other, the single branch of a willow tree.
